Phase 2: Permit Applications
Depending on the size, depth, and location of your pool, different permits might be required by the city. We do the work for you whenever we can, finding and submitting applications for any permits that might be required.
This phase can take a variable amount of time depending on how quickly the permit application is accepted, and whether or not any permits were denied.

Phase 3: CAD Layout
Our professional pool designer will take any sketches and notes made during the consultation phase to create a CAD (Computer-Aided Design) to help you better visualize how your pool will look once it’s in the desired location. Any desired changes should be made in this stage.
Phase 4: Approval
Once all permits are approved and you have accepted the CAD layout, work can begin. Any additional changes will delay this phase, but our designers are dedicated to ensuring you have your dream pool at the end of the process, so we encourage nitpicking!
Phase 5: On-site Planning and Excavation
This is where things get real. Our team will begin setting up the pool layout on the property according the previously approved CAD. Once this is done, excavation can begin and we can start building your dream pool.
Stage 6: Equipment and Plumbing Placed
The pool equipment and plumbing are placed early in the building phase to ensure the equipment is secured and properly installed. Depending on your pool, this might take another round of approval from any applicable city officials.
Stage 7: Constructing the Pool
In this phase, we begin constructing the pool walls and any additional water features. At this point you will finally be able to see your pool coming together, and what the finished product might look like.
Stage 8: Finishing Touches and Filling the Pool
We will add the finishing touches to the pool, such as external facets or acid washes for the wall during this phase. The next step is filling the pool, balancing out the chemicals, and ensuring everything works correctly. Once the pool passes the initial test run and has been cycled properly, you are ready to enjoy your brand new in-ground pool!
